$100-ish IEM help

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to buy in-ear earphones with a $100 budget approximately . Little over doesn't matter, under is always good :) I can't say I'm an audiophile at all, I'm just looking for good value quality earphones.  I already did some research before of course, and this is what I 'pre-selected':

- Head-Direct Re-Zero
- Sennheiser CX 880
- MEElectronics A151

I listen mostly to classical or rock, and I would be interested to know if one of them is better than the others for those genres, or just overall has a better value. I don't really plan to be wearing them while doing sports, apart from the occasional walk/jog. Also if you have any other earphones that you would like to recommend, I would like to hear your opinions. I don't have an amp, and I'm not entirely sure if that is needed for this price range/impedance, but if you think it is, please tell me.

Thank you for your help.

the re0 is pretty wonderful. the bass is very light like I prefer but some wont. I can't part with them at this point. some say you really can't get a better value. I've seen them compared to iems two to three times the price consistently

re0 has high impedance, thus to drive its full sound needs an amp,

could try going for :

- Brainwavz M3
- Etymotic HF5
- VSONIC GR06

Hope i helped ! :)

^^ +1, the HF5 and M3 would do very well with what you listen to.

I'm sorry if I misled you, but I did mean the RE-Zero not the RE-0. I believe there is a difference, and going from the Head-Direct's website, the RE-Zero has a 16 Ohms impedance as opposed to 64 for the RE-0. Would the RE-Zero still require an amp? Also, could you please tell me why you recommend the Brainwavz M3, Etymotic HF5 (and the VSONIC GR06) over the other ones? Is is just for the type (? not sure if that's the correct term) of sound, or better sound quality overall, or just because they have a better build, are more comfortable,...? Thanks for your help.
