Bought these on whim, for your basic train ride to work I don't mind. But its far from being the best I have own.

First, I should note that I auditioned these both straight out of the box, without any break-in time and then later after 53 hours of break-in. Recent scientific studies have shown definite...

A very all-round headphone for me. Just the right one to take on the go or on holiday. Also as a DJ, nice noice isolation. Very durable so you don't have to wonder if it will break if you throw...

This quick review is done after a few hours of listening. I bought them from B&H for the decent sum of 150$. If you've done your research you'll find out that Ultrasone HPs are known for their...

I auditioned the SRH-1840 straight out of the box, and was unsatisfied with the sound, so I decided to give them a period of break-in. Recent scientific studies have shown definite differences...

It changed my life.
Incidentally, Our Martin - I am 36 and have one kid. I was in Ibiza from time to time through 1998-2002 - albeit as a spectator and occasional journalist. I'm familiar with some of MOS crew through Second wave Chicago House mixing in the late 90s... I've likely worked with some of your tracks...
I don't have any fear of putting my name out there though. *shrug*

I'll gladly head to Ibiza and listen to your setup - I assume a top tier DJ with a villa should be able to provide flight and lodging accomodations for me as well? Thanks. Oh btw a bit off topic but do you know if your buddy tiesto also enjoys BF3? We could start our own clan!

if you have got a richer sounds in your area and if you are passing by pop in and ask them about krell
I know Richer Sounds well, I lived in London for many years , back when Julian Richer had only two small stores, (I come from the NE of England myself) and frequented their stores in London, Plymouth and Birmingham often, they are not primarily set up to serve the "High end" sector, nor would I take the opinion of any sales person (boutique or box shifter) as anything terribly serious - I am surprised that a fellow northener would be so credulous ?

i agree what you saying the stuff they sell in the shop is not high end but not everyone wants to shell out a small fortune on hifi the cambridge audio 840s are good with performance 6 and the marantz are good sounding bits of kit with mezzo 2s they know a thing or two about high end gear... peter from my local richer sounds installed the martin logan sound system in my local night club and at the time was the best nightclub sound system you could get the turbosound is the new one to beat in the clubs....if you want high end stuff they will pleased to get it for you and they will tell you everything you need to know about it!
