I made an offer for one of the ebay stands - let see how it goes.

 

Bought it for $40!

I'm looking forward to reviewing it for you guys! Will post pictures with the D2k's/XB700's when i get it in!

I was wondering, for the Denon wire, I have the cable tie that is provided, anyone suggest anything to hold the wires neatly in place?

I was thinking possible a velcro tie?

Is that a good idea or not?


And if so, isn't 18cm way too long for a cable tidy velcro?

Velcro ties are a good idea, usually they are used by computer enthusiasts who build and frequently upgrade computers (as opposed to zip ties).

It seems as good a way as any to keep wire together.

Assembly was a real pain...as you can see the screw thread wasn't in place, meaning putting it in, was VERY hard - literally took me 45mins 0.0's

 

Once on though, god its PERFECT, and very sleek :)

I liked it, my friend. It was well written and detailed. It's easy to see and understand why you like the D2000.
