I bought a MEE-WHAT on the meelec website about a half a year ago. I got cc51, their best model in the meewhat.

Those headphones got broken because of my fault ( i didnt took good care about them, they fell a lot, and got a lot of hits). I send an email to customer support, and they answered me real quickly, and wanted to replace my earphones, even without sending them to repair or to see if they realy broken, just a picture! But there was a little problem- they didnt have cc51 in black in stock (he didnt request from me to wait, he wanted to send another pair immidetly) so he offered me cc51p, the same earphones with microphone (this model costs 5$ more).Moreove, they even didnt asked from me to pay for the delivery!

 

Meelectronics customer support is perfect. Its the best customer support i ever saw.

 

About the earphones, im not an audiophile, and i dont know "technical words" but those earphones are great! the bass is very strong, but accurate, and sound is very clear. the earphones are highly recomended.
