BTG-Audio - Page 7

I tried to contact him on his website a week ago, tried again yesterday, no answer. Checked spamfolder and everything, is he on a vacation or something?

Brian is a bit slow,in answering e-mails,and messages..

But,be patient,eventually, you'll get a reply.

He's been doing all my cable work for the last 12 months--he is great, and very fair pricing

He posted on Facebook yesterday that he's got finals. Once those are over he'll be more responsive. Under normal circumstances he responds pretty quickly.

Ok, that's fine :)

Not expecting diference in sound when I go for recabling. I go for removable cable mods and durable cables.... that's what I want. Convenience and durability.

Having Brian work on recabling my cans. Excited to see the result. He's been helpful so far.

BTG Cables comes through!

Just tried another custom cable place and they were fantastic. I dealt with the owner over at BTG cables, and not only was he professional and courteous, but he did it fast, too! I got him to make a dual 3-pin to single 4-pin female to female xlr adapter and a wonderful 3.5 to 3.5 female to female adapter for using my headphones with an iPhone case. Both are solid and look great!

Don't hesitate if you need cables, contact Brian!

Brian is the man. He can re-cable any headphone with pure quality. Highly highly recommend BTG for anything cable related. My broken SA5000s came back to life because of him..

Got my SPC Lod cable from BTG this week and the detail from the music was enhanced. The cable is even better than the ALO cricket cable that I am using. On some music selections on my ipod that I haven't been listening to as they were boring suddenly changed and had more of that 3D imaging.

Just got my fourth cable from Brian. This one is for a HE-500. I went with the midnight cable terminated in 4-pin XLR with 6.5mm and 3.5mm adapters. Quality is top notch. Couldn't be more pleased.

Starlight cable on my CIEM's, Midnight cable on my AKG Q701's and now a Midnight balanced 4-pin XLR with 1/4" adapter for my Thunderpants.  Can't say enough good things about the customer service, reasonable fee's, turn-around time or build/sound quality with Brian's products.  Hopefully my repeat purchases speak volumes!

Repeat customer here.

Brian has the best customer service out of the many cable makers that I have had the pleasure (and displeasure) of purchasing from. I wouldn't hesitate to make another purchase from him if i need another cable. He would be my first person to contact.
