I sent an email for price to re-cable by W4 and got a respond back the next day

might depend on how busy he is, just my guess

I just received my recabled Westone 4s with the Sunrise CIEM cables.

I must say that Brian's work is exceptional.I highly recommend his services. I would take pictures but you can see much better quality photos on his site than I could take.

Brian recabled a pair of Koss DJ100s for me, and I recently bought a Sunrise CIEM cable.  He did a terrific job on the DJ100s for a very reasonable price.  The Sunrise CIEM is now my favorite IEM cable and it has replaced other more expensive cables I was using on a pair of Heir 4.Ai's.  His work and materials are top grade, and he clearly gives thought to the usability of his CIEM cables.  I highly recommend BTG Audio.

Received the Starlight silver-plated copper cables today. I'm using them with my 1964 EARS V6. Perfect fit and the cable looks very professional and well done. And the sound is just marvelous, adding a nice rounder and warmer hue to the V6, with a deeper tighter bass and more forward mids on this somewhat neutral and balanced IEM. I love the robust sound I'm hearing now. Great work Brian!

Another +1 on BTG & Brian.

He's made a few cables for me,and has re-terminated a few of my cans.

Out of all the cable makers ,I've dealt with in the last 12 months...Brian does the best work & has the best prices.

Wish all cable makers were as good & honest as him..

Mike

Hi

I'm another happy customer of Brian and his BTG Audio project. He did a removable cable mod to my Brainwavz B2, which looks, feels and works excellent. Could be done by Brainwavz itself, it seems like. The added Starlight IEM cable looks and feels great.

He will now mod my Westone W3s for me, Sunrise IEM cable included. Really looking forward to this.

Communication is fast, very nice and on the point!

Regards

now I have to figure out how to get a broken pin out of my left ear piece..

Brian helped me re-terminated a DT1350. The job was done professionally! He is always easy to reach, and answered my question promptly and thoroughly.

Besides this re-termination job, he also helped me with several other re-cabling or re-termination jobs before, and all the jobs are accomplished professionally. Oh, did I mention his rate is very affordable?

Highly recommended!

What are you using it with? Post some pics! I'm considering a Starlight for my 1964 V6.

I have been in contact with Brian about a new cable for my Sennheiser HD 600 headphones. What I am not hearing in this discussion is a was improvement in sound quality. I thought the main reason for recalling was for better sound. Are BTG-Audio cables better sounding and if so just a little or are they a substantial improvement over the stock cable?

With my experience it's different behind headphones when getting them recabeled. I have a different cable than BTG cable for my HD600s and I can't really hear a difference.
