Really cheap fakes/shells?

Hey guys, I was wondering if there's somewhere I can get fake headphones ( I live in europe ) that dont cost much but retain decent build quality. Something  the likes of a ESW9, perhaps. I need them for a reshell of some old unfortunate orthos. Anyways here's a list of things i'm looking for in an order from most important to least important

Really comfortable earpads.

Circumaural, Low profile. (Supraaural is fine too, but low profile and comfy!)

Wooden housing would be amazing. 

Very Low sound leakage.
Memory foam headband.


I've got tools and materials.

Focalprice? I'm pretty sure they sell fake headphones and ship worldwide.
