another noob dac/amp recommendation please? Grant Fidelity Tube DAC 11 or alternatives?

for my pc via usb.......looking for a unit that will allow me to listen to headphones ( starting with sr80i's, hd650's coming soon and hopefully hd800's one day) connect powered speakers, connect a subwoofer, and add a Turntable.....

 

the Grant Fidelity Tube DAC 11 seems up to the task but I really don't know

 

my questions please,

 

1. I'm assuming I need 2 pairs of outputs for speakers/sub and 1 analog input for the turntable, is that correct?

 

2. If a unit only has one pair of analog outputs and the powered speakers have an output of their own, can I use the output on the speakers to connect to a subwoofer?

 

3  Is the Grant unit something I should be looking at...any alternatives in that price range?

 

4. on your typical amp/dac, does the dac feed both the headphone output and the speakers?

Get your facts straight hodgjy before posting such idiotic nonsense, the Maverick was a different version of the Grant Fidelity TubeDAC-09, if you owned the Maverick version I might be able to understand your comments, but the TubeDAC-09 which has been replaced by the TubeDAC-11 was and is still enjoyed by thousands of audiophiles for both a headphone amp and it's main purpose as a TubeDAC.

 

The TubeDAC-11 is a brand new product that Maverick won't be able to ride on our efforts again, designed by Grant Fidelity in Canada and built by Yulong and he won't be back dooring it to anyone else.
