Any solution for iGrado ear hurting?

Hi,

I'm new in Head-Fi, nice to be here. I bought a new pair of revised iGrado(with brown cable) as a gift to my girlfriend but after 20mins of listening, her ears hurt a lot. Is there any mod or solution for that problem? She loves the sound but she can't use because of this problem.

The part of ear in the picture above inside the red circle hurts a lot.

Any reply?

I've found that thinner pads (px100 may work) can reduce the pressure between the driver and the headband. I can wear mine twice as long now compared to new - due to wearing them in, and I'm using the stock pads, but the most I can take is an hour.

There is the bigger Sennheiser HD414 in yellow which is also compatible for the SR60. But I'm not too sure if it is compatible with the igrado.

Yes it's compatible ( http://img137.imageshack.us/img137/8743/img0523gc6.jpg ) but the headphone stands on ears. May be a thinner pad works. I found a headband replacement mod (may be px100, I'm not sure) but I can't find any spare headband or any installing istruction.
