Help with on ear or over ear portable headphone - going bald with in decisions

The story so far.

My home setup is a Musical Fidelity V-DAC and V-PSU connecting optically from my MacBook using mp3 at 320 bit rate. Apple Universal Dock for my iPhone 4S. Both connect to a Little Dot MKIV tube amp, powering Beyer DT880 Premium 600 ohm. Perfect setup for me. Makes most music genres sound very good.

Portable story so far is unfinished.

Possessed Fiio E5, E7 and sold them. Have Fiio E11. Find this on some headphones a bit too dark. Headphones I have used, old pair of Sony in ear, REOs, (okay but had not enough bass) - sold these. Now own Brainwavz B2 and Sennheiser PX-200 II i. I will be selling the B2's as I don't seem to like in ear headphones. I prefer over the ear types for comfort. Since I got the PX-200s I have realised how good it is to have the iPhone audio controls along with Siri. But as good as the sennheisers are, the bass is tight but I prefer sub bass not the tight bass alone. I don't won't overpowering bass, but I don't won't light bass either.

My music genres are strongly into jazz, blues and classical. And then opera, rock, pop and anything else. I don't have a genre I dislike actually.

What I want is a headphone that will work really well direct from my iPhone. iPod controls a bonus too.

So can you help me and recommend a portable headphone? With why too? Price is not an issue so long as its less than £200. Preferably a lot less smily_headphones1.gif
