No response from Brainwavz directly. Any contact information you'd like to share? Razzer001 can you help?

The Brainwavz site email was down for about a month, so your email might have been missed, but just open a support ticket at http://www.mp4nation.net/support provide in the ticket your amazon order number and a description of the problem. If you are in no rush i would ask that you open a support ticket on the coming Monday, we're upgrading the entire site along with the ticket support, which will be much better integrated with the entire site, but its upto you.

The E6 that I got in the combo pack wasn't cutting the mustard either so I'm just going to return the whole package.

Total time to get the return auth 45 seconds.

Two days ago, my right earbud stopped working in my Brainwavz Betas. I contacted MP4 Nation and they told me to ship the earphones back to China. Shipping to China from here (for the companies I found) costs at least $30. I just bought this earphones a month ago from Amazon. I cannot afford to buy another pair of earphones or to ship the earphones to China for so much. Could someone give me an idea of what to do or tell me what they did if this happened to them before? I bought the earphones, even when people said the durability was not great, because I saw posts saying that MP4 Nation was improving the durability of the earphones. I don't know what happened. Maybe I got a old one. Thanks for your help!

Same thing happened to me when i was changing tips yesterday (just got new comply tips in). I was lucky though, i was able to fit them back in place.

No the best construction but definitely not the worst - that i reserve for yuin pk3's.

Geez...

Sorry I suggested them in another thread.

What junk. IMO.

Well nevermind about that last comment about them working. Getting a constant crackling in the left channel now. Damn.

I had a pair of Brainwavz M2's and after about 2 months of use, the right channel stopped working. I contacted MP4 nation and they were quick to respond with a replacement authorization. I shipped out the headphones via USPS (I think it cost me around $10-$15) to Hong Kong. 1 month later, I got a new set in the mail. The construction on the IEMs itself was not that great to say the least, despite feeling solid but I had no problems with MP4 Nation. Best of luck to you.

Personally I would avoid brainwavz from now on. The build quality never seems too good on their IEMs... I've had a M1 and two M4s for reference, two of which are broken with the last M4 still basically new in box, but the quality of the connector looks a bit off.

I've found the build quality of their IEMs to be up to par outside of the Betas. Issues with the M4 seem particularly odd to me because those are very solid IEMs.

They used to have you cut the cord at the bud with a reciept or something like that to prove they were bad. Maybe they've been scammed since then but it seems reasonable if a reciept is in the picture to email them.

Obviously there have been problems I think their middle cables and the M1 in particular is quite durable.
