I had the same problem (housing separation/adhesive failure) with the Brainwavz M4s I received as a Christmas gift. The Brainwavz site email was down for about a month, so your email might have been missed, but just open a support ticket at http://www.mp4nation.net/support provide in the ticket your amazon order number and a description of the problem. If you are in no rush i would ask that you open a support ticket on the coming Monday, we're upgrading the entire site along with the ticket support, which will be much better integrated with the entire site, but its upto you.
