Ultrasone H-fi 780 in Amazon

I tend to buy a Ultrasone H-fi 780 in Amazon (The price is very cheap) but the product is an old product. It is written in Amazon "Date first available at Amazon.com: October 2, 2001". After I see this information, I don't dare to buy the headphone that is 10 years ago. Where can I buy the new product of Ultrasone H-fi 780 and the price is cheap?
 

By the way, is the Ultrasibe H-fi 780 better than beats studio?

Don't worry about the date being availible, that just means that the product was being sold on Amazon at that time. The product is going to remain the same, there is no "new" model of the HFI 780.

 

Also to determine whether it'd be better than the beats studio for you, it'd help a bunch if you told us more details like where you listen, what you listen to, etc.

I didn't say it is better than the beats studio. You have misunderstand my meaning :p

I saw the price in the official website "http://ultrasone.com/stores/us/Ultrasone-HFI-8/Ultrasone-HFI-780.html". It is 249 USD.
 

Another question, how can I buy a warranty for the headphone "Ultrasone H-fi 780" in Amazon? I don't see any details about warranty for the headphone. Sorry, this is my first time buying electronics in Amazon.

You don't have to buy a warranty, the warranty is included in the purchase price. After, warranty can change from a country to another.
