I am looking for a portable solution that compromises little in SQ over a desktop setup. I don't want to debate the high-end, rather I am wondering about the relative merits of something like the GoDap 4.0 vs. a portable amp like the headamp Pico or uHA amp.
Is the DAC implementation in the iPhone decent? I assume that the GoDap will be a better source, but the amp may be lesser quality. I suppose what I am asking is should I sacrifice on the DAC or amp?
