The only pair of woodies that I have been able to find are the ATH-EWS9A but those are on-ear... are there any over ear wooden cans that are under $250? Thanks in advance

Why not mod your own phones into wooden cups? Or I remember there being a workshop that does custom wooden ones for a fee. I cant remember the exact site but I'm sure someone knows it.

Get yourself a pair of Fischer Audio FA-002w's...you won't be sorry.

I would only be able to afford the Light Brown Beech... would these still be worth it?

Or Maybe the FA-011 is what I need?

Go for some Denon LA-2000. Great headphones as i came from the AH-5000's.

I second the call for the FA-002W. Fischer Audio puts out some amazing stuff. However, shipping is an issue with their dealers.
