mp3 320 cbr on sennheiser hd 558-muddy sound?

i have a  onkyo cs-545 hifi (all in one ) system

i wanna buy headphones sennheiser hd 558

i m listening to music on my hifi always via usb stick(mp3 320 cbr)

but im not sure if i should buy those hd 558 headphones since one guy told me that such headphones are only good for music played from original cd or lossless album,

he told me that when you listen to mp3 320 kbps with that headphones that you get than a muddy sound (different from the original)

is that true?

if it is than i won t buy them since i listen to music via usb stick-mp3 320cbr

all my music is in mp3 320kbps cb

can anyone help me and give me the right advice

That's ********,, 320 kbps is good enough for most people... I bet you won't hear the difference between flac and 320 kbps... 

And it won't get muddy :)
