Best LOD for iPhone 3G

I searched but for some reason couldnt find a thread that answered the question.

Quite simply, I have a Fiio E6 now, and the stock 3.5 to 3.5 it has is annoying and isnt as good quality as i could get. So I want a LOD. I dont really want to spend much (as most people say not to spend too much on LODs anyway), and I want it to be durable. So what're your guys suggestions?

If it's important:

Sources: Mainly iPhone 3G and computer (I dont think there are LODs for computer, so just the iPhone I guess)

Amps : Fiio E6. Probably will get others though sometime

Headphones : Sony Giiqs, Sony MDRV6s. Might use the LOD with other headphones though... But probably not anytime soon.

Sugestions?

I really have no say in terms of sound quality, but take a look at Whiplashaudio.com or pm Chris_Himself on here. He makes awesome custom stuff to your needs, you tell what you want it to look like, he makes it.

I suggest the Fiio L9(Iphone) cable since I use it myself cheap and does the job.  For your computer you may want to consider a dedicated DAC if you do not have one, these days you can get a decent one for cheap and most of them have a decent inbuilt amp as well.

The Fiio series of LODs are a terrific choice.  I use them, they're cheap...but they're still real PCOCC (Furukawa, real Japanese OCC copper) copper which is as good as it gets, wire wise.  Since it's machine made everything is molded & tough...can't go wrong with one!

Whats the best out of L1, L3, and L9? And how can I get these ones in Canada? Which is cheapest? :S Sorry, I dont know much about cables xD I really dont.

They're all about 10-15 bucks.  One of them is right angle/side exit so is a lower profile.  The L3 is the beefier OCC copper model and is a few dollars more.  The L1 is the skinnier and even cheaper model made of conventional OFC.  I believe the L1 is only $3.65 shipped on amazon.  Why not get all 3, then juggle them at family gatherings?

L3 or L9 are the ones you should look at. Both are the same price(don't know about Canada pricing). The L3 and L9 cable are the same except for the profile shape (straight or L-shape).

I cant buy all because I'm a broke highschool kid :P And yeah I saw people complaining about the L1 having durability issues, so I'm currently deciding on either the L3 or L9 because BACHEESUS CHRIST, the wiring on the amp makes loud ass pops, screws with my iPod play button, stops and starts whenever it feels like, its so irritating! I hate the popping and crackling espiecally! It's so loud, unexpected and kills my ears!
