I'm still playing Pokemon Black 2. I'm trying to battle the Champions of the World Tournament.

It's quite awesome. While I love it on the DS, it takes a while to beat, and the 300-400% speed increase on the No$GBA app is really convenient.

Still one of my favorite games.
I first got introduced when a family friend (age 21) gave me a copy of a pc gba emulator, along with nearly every pokemon game for it. I found it kind of strange that he and his older brothers at their ages, would be so obsessed with something as trivial as pokemon (they were discussing how many ultra balls it takes to catch lugia!).
Boy, did I misjudge the game...
I've beaten all of these games several times, captured all the legendaries, and I even got an emulator for my phone to take it on the go. I now know how timeless this game really is.

Gen V sure gets bad rep but I've actually had a lot of fun with it XD

Gotta say that ruby was and will always be my favorite though!

I'm starting that today as well as HeartGold. Still need to beat the E4 on Platinum.

Finally finished Platinum and beat the E4 and got the legendaries. However, it took me three tries and a lot of level grinding (had to get my Vaporeon to level 62 to take down Cynthia's Garchomp with a Blizzard) to finally beat the E4.

Had a few freezing problems with SoulSilver and HeartGold but am trying a few patches to see if it solves the problem.

I'm 19 and I watch Pokemon, and I'm putting some serious consideration into getting a GBA SP, and then Yellow Version as well as several other GB, GBC, and GBA games along with it. I also have the first season of the show, a Pikachu plushie, and a lot of fan-art.

*UPDATE*

I now have Leafgreen, Ruby, and PMD: Red Rescue Team for the GBA, as well as an SP to play them on, and as for my computer's username, I'm using "ashketchum." lol

i played every generation of pokemon except ruby/saphire/emerald and i still think fire-red/leaf-green is my favourite. i really like the original r/b/y and i find the running shoes and improved graphics on fire-red/leaf-green make the game even more enjoyable. gold and silver were also very good and among one of the harder ones. the newer pokemon games are too easy (d/p and b/w). i bought black on release day and beat it quite easily with one adamant-natured haxorus (and five other random pokemon to spam revive on haxorus if it died). i used to play competitively-ish just against my friends with hacked pokemon but no one plays anymore.

Played Pokemon since the start. Started with Blue, worked my way up to Silver (still my all-time favourite), then to Ruby, Leafgreen, Diamond, Platinum, SS, BW, BW2.

Anyone here play competitively? PO or Showdown? I'm usually on Ubers or UU, but I keep up to date on OU stuff, and usually have 2-3 teams for the occasion OU battle.

I'm always busy, but I play competitively from time to time, on Ubers.

PO here, laddering in OU with rating ~1290. Rain is so easy to ladder with.
