Sony MDR ZX700 and the Sony DRZ701iP

As an owner of Portapros and Grado's SR60i that are kinda falling apart, I want a solid closed headphone.

I decided on the Sony MDR-ZX700 but then I see this..

They look exactly the same, but this one has a microphone. With bestbuy's sale, the two are exactly the same price.

Anyone have these? Does it have the exact same sound drivers? If it's a ZX700+microphone, I'm sold. It'd be great on Battlefield3/Dota 2

Not going to lie, it certainly looks like the ZX700 with a mic. I haven't heard of that before, but I would definitely not count that possibility out.

heard of it.

If you want a mic to go with it, then do it.

Just a heads up, I owned the ZX700 and returned them promptly as the grills pressed too much on my ears.  The weird shape works for some ears, but isn't going to be a fit with everyone ... well I can at the very least attest to one other individual who experience the same issue as me, otherwise I loved the sound, mid centric and full of life (would've liked more bass, but I'm a basshead).

Specs look identical too.

They are the same.  Someone here wrote about it briefly.  I just don't have the energy to dig it up.  The reason I wouldn't buy it is I don't think it's worth the premium over the non-mic version. I'd only recommend this to people that use the mic and buttons a lot, other wise you can score a ZX700 for 70-80 bucks shipped vs this which is sitting at 120-140 shipped.
