Looking for a pair of in-ear headphones with solid bass that's not overpowering.

I am new to all of this, but I am in serious need of new headphones. I am currently using two pairs of stock headphones. One is tinny with an overpowering treble, while the other has a muffled bass sound. I need a pair that have clean, deep lows that are not muffled. I am always on the go so I use my laptop and phone to listen to music. I like Indie-rock, Metal/hardcore and  blues-rock. My price range is 150-180. Any help is appreciated.
