What full-size headphone amp would be a good upgrade from my D4 mamba?

Hi Guys,

I have an Ibasso D4 mamba which I'm currently using at work. I have Sennheiser HD598's and Denon 1001k headphones. What full size amp would be a noticeable upgrade in sound quality (under 300 or so dollars)? Tube, solid state, or hybrid

The D4 is an exceptional amp. I had one with the topkit. I am aware that there would be other god full size amps there but I am now happy between the DIY CK2III (solid state) and the Bottlehead crack.  I am so happy with it that I would be enjoying this setup for awhile.
