Just thought I'd chime in to say that the brown leather used on the Edition 8 Limited does indeed get darker over time. Perfectly normal for these.

Indeed. Actually, it's normal for any regular leather product; however, this is why you should apply leather conditioner on products such as this (granted that the conditioner will likely alter the color, though it'll do so much more uniformly).
