Hi,

 

I plan to buy a pair of Denon D2000s but I realised that the cable length is too long (3m).

 

I would like to get it recabled, and in the process wouldn't mind some better cables to make it sound better - but would still like to keep cost at a minimum. I've owned a pair of Denon D1000s in the past and remember the wires were quite thin, and would ideally like a thicker cable.

 

Does anyone know of anyone in Melbourne or Australia that would do a good professional job of re-cabling? Or is there a company that does it? I've already emailed for quote from Lawton Audio but I'm pretty sure that will be quite costly.
