Teralink broken

Hi, my teralink after a full year of solid service simply stopped working. the

 

driver fails to recognize with both my desktop and laptop.

I also swapped usb cables with no success.

 

is there any kind of flashing i could do to teralink or just look for another one? no part/solder join damage that i can see- I suspect that the below freezing temperature that I had to endure at my apartment the other night has somehow broke something in the reclocker internally. the thing was cold as ice the next day and that's when it stopped working...

Did you talk to the company about it as it might be something easy to fix.
