            I got a pair of DT990Pro (250Ohms), and am in a need of a good (for my budget) desktop headphone amp (and/or DAC).

I am indifferent to all brands and sizes but, I do care about aesthetics, second to quality though. I don't really consider myself an "audiophile" or anything, I just wish to get the best bang for my buck, and don't have the most knowledge in this field. (Waiting on a reference on my DT990's) You all must be use to these kinds of threads, but any and all help will be appreciated. 

My budget is fairly low, only $200, which I'd wish to stay in. Hopefully I'd be able to get a decent AMP + DAC combo for this price point.

A Fiio E7 and E9 come out around 180, and have great reviews.  This is the best sub-$200 option I know of.

Should be able to pick up an Audio GD NFB-12 used for around that price, I have one and love it, all though I don't have much to compare it to. Do some research on it and see what you think.
