Another avenue for some is migraine headache from food. My wife found that the over the counter med Head-On could be rubbed on her forehead to cure her headaches from......

1) chocolate 2) wine 3) cheese

For many these three things are the total cause of migraine headaches.

exercise more? drink more water? i never get headachs or sick. i would though try stay hydrated at all times. might be using the bathroom more often but it will help keep the body cleaned out and hydrated. you ever seen a catscan of a dehydrated brain? don't look pretty. exercising will help blood pressure. also being more sexually active helps relieve blood pressure. i forgot what it's called but helps relieve pain as well cause chemical you release. i would see doctor as well as personal trainer if you can't motivate yourself. it will help.

i heard also some medicines causes hearing loss cause it causes Tinnitus cause some/most are blood thinners.

For the wine and cheeses i dont think thats an issue. I dont eat enough of one thing to give me a headache usually. Some bbq sauces can give me a headache, but only if they are too rich.

Ive been trying to drink more water lately, not sure if its enough still. Im usually pretty active, but of course the winter months you can imagine my motivation lol.

The blood thinner/tinnitus may actually have a link, because i do have tinnitus and it does worsen by a good amount when i take any medication.

Either way my goal is to start taking a lot less, and hopefully talk to a doctor.

For me migraines are a neurological problem. Could be the same for OP, so physical activity/diet might not help.

Figured id update on this. Doctor prescribed me Prodrin for when i have a headache, take two when i get em, and can take a total of 5 in a 12 hour period.  Maxalt MLT for migraines, really only works for migraines as it is a drug specifically designed for them. And what ive been on every night which is amitriptyline hydrochloride, supposed to prevent headaches. They liked to keep the name lengthy on the last one.

So far ive been having far less frequent headaches. And they usually arent nearly as bad. I also tried an experiment of smoking, and so far its not working. Figured so many people have tried it, and been addicted yet say its helpfull, id try.

Well now I finally understand how it could be considered helpfull, but Im stopping the experiment today(3rd day), its actually resulting in headaches every night, whether because of an introduction to nicotine, or my body is already addicted and the night headaches are caused by me not smoking usually at night, im not sure. But im tired of my breath smelling like smoke, and the cons far outway the pros for me, and I still dont understand how people say it genuinely helps them get on day to day. (the main reason i tried it)

I understand how it takes some stressors away, but id have to think a ****ton of stress is from not enough money, and at 4-7$ a pack, it cant be helpfull.

Honestly people are going to tell you you're harming your body when those doses really wont have any long term effect on your health, trust me, Im somewhat knowledgeable in this field. The only thing I will warn you of off the bat is avoid taking too much of anything with acetaminophine, please. Shoot me a PM if you have any questions I'd be glad to help, I dont want anyone getting incorrect information with something like this.

Exactly.

Not all medical issues are the result of poor lifestyle habits. Sometimes they can be triggered by environmental factors, but the underlying predispositions are often genetic.

I get so tired of hearing people tell me my Crohn's disease can be healed by eating this or that fad diet when it's an autoimmune problem. Diet is management.

Definitely a bad idea, yes. Though my understanding from having a roommate who suffered from cluster headaches throughout college is that regular OTC painkillers used for occasional headaches aren't the same as migraine medicine.
