So I travel quite a bit and I'm always looking to cut down on how much stuff is packed in my bags.  Since I'm a gamer and have tons of free time in my hotels I also tote around a 2nd laptop just for that so already my bag is a little heavier! (My m11x isn't that big though so not so bad!)  My portable earphones are my Shure SE215s but for gaming I need something with a mic.  I've been lugging around a huge Plantronics headset that really took up a lot of space in my bag.

This weekend I ran over to CompUSA to see if there was anything more portable but still decent.  That was when I discovered the Klipsch ProMedia In-Ear gaming earphones.  They seem to be the same drivers as the S4 which I think is somewhat popular here.  I decided that for the $35 price that CompUSA had them that I had to pick them up.  I tested them a little last night and I think I made a good decision.  Games sounded great!

For music I don't know that I'd like the S4 based off of how these sound.  I think they may be a little more detailed than my Shures (maybe...haven't done much comparing) but I find them a little too bright for me.  Still, I think I got a pretty good deal for $35!
