You guys and your fancy fountain pens. XD
3 functions in 1 pen is good enough for me: red correction ink, note-taking black ink, small-handwriting 0.5 mm mechanical pencil. With a fountain pen you're limited to, essentially, one ink colour, fat writing tip, and paper bleeding unless you buy special paper.

Functionality for the win. tongue.gif

Terrible up-close iPhone photos for the win. biggrin.gif

Actually I usually take class notes on loose lines sheets; they tend to be the lightest of all. That explains the crappy quality of paper. I know that preppy pen writes pretty well on envelopes.

Speaking of which there is also this calligraphy set at the art store that comes with 4 pens of different nib broadness, like 16 different ink cartridges (4 color variation in pairs) and a converter all for $20 (on sale as well).

It's a Manuscript MC150, and honestly all the Manuscript pens on amazon have so-so ratings at best. So maybe not...

I usually use these type too, the Uni lineup where you buy pen and inks separate. Problem is I can't buy the inks here...

Red + Blue + Black pen on mine. Didn't feel like buying the 5-way pen since other colors are unconventional.

I used a cheap cartridge in my pen right now and its bleeding ALOT from back when i used my bottle ink. Same paper btw

Maybe try different ink and paper for better leak prevention

Pah. Why would I want to write with anything other than a fountain pen anyway? Also, Japanese EF nib ftw.

Oh please please tell me that I can play UK PAL games on my german 3DS :(
I read a while ago that there are basically only three region lock-regions. Europe + Australia, Japan and the US. But that sounds weird right?
I'm so confused and want this special edition so bad!

My most anticipated 3DS game of the year (even more than Pokemon), since Monster Hunter 4 isn't going to be released in Europe any time soon (despite it's huge success...).

Nevermind, found an answer :3

I'm so gonna buy this special edition!

Seems like a pretty decent deal. Read up on a few reviews of that pen and it seems like a pretty good starter pen.

One downside is that you'll have to add a little cost since it doesn't come with a converter. If you're going to use the pen a lot then you'll want to buy a bottle of ink instead of going with cartridges (they're extremely expensive compared to bottled ink), but unless you want to use a syringe you're going to have to buy a converter to be able to refill it. They cost 7$ on amazon, so it's not ridiculously expensive either...

I don't really understand the entire thing about a series of 1s.
