Exactly. 200-300 ping is a nightmare to play with when you're in FPS Survival. I don't remember how many times I died because I just stood there lagging, then a tank just whacks me through a window/cliff.

Another note: Warface is out of beta! Hellyeh!

I didn't notice graphy doing that poorly, in all honesty. He just had really bad luck and got pounced on by a ton of hunters, chargers, ect.

Just read some promising news on cnet. A recording engineer was saying that iTunes radio, which automatically applies replaygain or something similar to audio streams, is gaining popularity and may eventually convince studios to quit killing the dynamic range of music! (^o^)

Yeah I saw the article about that.

Not sure what to think or if I should care. If it works out, it works out :/

However if this works out, oh gosh :). It may force some DAP companies to use better amps(even if more power) as a way to make the music loud enough since it will be reduce well beneath the noise floor at that point.

It's almost Halloween so I might as well post something halloweenish....

No. Instead, Dr. Dre et al. will push for so-called HD music; as if having the extra bit depth for the mastering of today's music really makes a difference. XD

Enjoy Katy Perry in HD folks!

and at $27 USD for the album, sorry about your wallet.

Even though we may argue that the stuff they are pushing is fake audiophile music. The ramifications it will have will be farily positive.

This will create awareness and promote many in this generation to take and want to learn more about their audio. The Beats revolution has largely been beneficial to audiophiles in that it has made headphone audio, amps popular. A large amount of people comming to Head-Fi these days are due to that fact. Low prices in amps, and other audio goods alow for this trend to continue in that young people come here and spend $150 on a set of headphones and sometimes amp.

If The HD music trend continues or even starts, I believe that it will also produce, yet again, beneficial effects to our area where people will be amused and want to learn about audio and thus spend money on it. Although HD Tracks and bit rates and Sampling may not arguably produce amazing audible effects to humans, the engineering that will go into them possibly with high DR possibly, tracks beneath the noise floor, and possibly better lossy or even more effective lossless formats may just be great outcomes of this race.

To Lazy Didn't Read; So in a sense, while the Cold War was a very fearful era that had a lot of 'bad' in it. The consequeunces of outcomes of it allowed science and technology and mankind in a sense to advance decades if not centuries with the amount of technology that was created during that time. Is how it relates back to audio

Rikka from Chuunibyou is like Kuroneko...with a even worse case of autism ^o^
I like this anime! Nothing groundbreaking but still a lot of fun.
And the ED is the sh*t!

I do not wear cologne, hence it has to be the former of the two.

Chuunibyou was pretty good, although I hated dekomori. Some scenes were hilarious, others made me cringe. I guess it depends on what mood you watch it in.

The ED is not that bad. Not really special, but I'd say at least above average among all the anime I have watched.

Fun is he name of the game. I see no reason to review an anime to the Nth degree like its supposed to be art. Sure some of it is pretty moving, but to expect that out of every show is unfair.

Reading my book on U.S govt is like reading a book teaching me what manga is and the types of genres that are common etc.

It's mundane but has to be done as the tests grade on specific stuff inside the book about specific terminology that is easilly guessable but still requires preperation upon
