So this is the most inane thing possible I can think of: so I'm kind of serious now that I want a compact system camera, and am interested (still am) in the Pentax Q10 EVA edition, and its newer better brother Q7. Of course, being what it is with small sensors, physics dictates that the image quality is just that, and its lens choice are paltry at best; hell even Fujifilm's X lenses have better choice, not to mention the better glass overall.
Practically speaking I'm eyeing the Oly EPM2, but there's just not enough manual dials to satisfy me. Th Pentax kind of satisfy me, but the problem is that to be cont.
it's too small. I've had a hold of it for a while in a shop - albeit a demo piece - and holy **** it's like holding an elongated Westone IEM vault. Oh and paltry lens choice of course.
Irrational me wants the Pentax Q7 just because, but rational me wants the Oly E-PM2 (well, the OMD actually, but the EP(L)5 is fine too). And for whatever reason I want the Fuji X-E1 too.
Not more than $2000 MYR (that's around $650~ AUD or $610~ USD).
Yup, that's what's drawing me to it: freaking snazzy colours.
Actually another thing is that I don't know if I really want a system camera. Why not just get an advanced point and shoot, like the RX100 mk2 or smth (false, there is no "or smth"... well, someone said that the Fuji MX-1 is actually good and at lower price than the Sony of course).
