It's more like Hidamari Sketch but with less focus on dialogue as a medium for jokes. Kinda like Lucky Star with less stereotypical characters and focus on dialogue. Joshiraku has a great focus on puns and dialogue.

Though granted, they are indeed both SoL with cute girls doing cute things ®.

Oh.
Well, in this case I'll still go and watch it ;)

That is what I love so much about Joshiraku. Great puns (yes there is such a thing), a lot of well placed references, loads of totaly random nonsense.
The whole concept about these girls just talking about a subject and drifting off into total chaos is so wonderful!
And the show is honest about it .
First anime that really made me laugh out loud.

It's kinda like K-On with less moe. Kinda like Yuru Yuri, yeah that's probably the best comparison.

Non Non Biyori = Minami Ke

Never heard of Yuri Yuri, but I watched the first episode of Non Non Biyori and I liked it :)
The OP was actually pretty good! What a pleasant song :)
On to the next episode!

Speaking of moe:
Joshirakus Kigu on the topic of pregnancy (she turning all anti-moe always cracked me up)

Supposedly will be 60fps, even with antialiasing in 2d mode.
And it's made by two people (now three, with ex-technical lead on Watch_Dogs) for eShop.

Only thing is that we don't know anything about gameplay. Looks like your standard Gears clone. Not really my thing. And while their games are usually technical marvels, there aren't that many gameplay gems among them, or so I've heard.

@soup person, you should just shut up and go watch Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. Go. Now. Shut up and don't ask questions about it.

Sekai de Ichiban is average at best. But then again I was sampling it when I was horny. Came out (heh) disappointed. I thought hooks are supposed to be super front loaded drug-addictive level first episodes, and as a first episode to a most-definitely ecchi anime, Sekai de Ichiban is a failure.

Disregarding mental state though, it's a DROP.

Getting my body clock back in shape, so now I'm bored at 7 am.

You really need to watch it to understand... (especially the last few eps)

Though I have to admit, the artwork was not the most beautiful thing to look at.

The romance part is like chobits, but then saying why would be a huge spoiler....

Let me guess, was it something like $40 or so?

Try your countries post office and see if they offer EMS (they should), it might be a little cheaper.

It's more like $60(Ikr?) but yeah, annoying as heck. I hope the guy who tried that printer thing blows his own arm off.

can't find a nice youtube vid to share though.

Log Horizon is like the less serious version of SAO for me. No deaths, No risks.

I can ship a small box over to Malaysia through EMS for about $24...

I checked my local postal service and it comes to $31. Sending it out tomorrow as I'm currently on a trip outstation to see a client.

I guess the past year, my favorite anime in terms of enjoyment is still Space Brothers/Uchuu Kyoudai.

Now back to hellish grinding my academic levels.

27 hours into Pokemon X....it's really good.

Already fought and traded with people from all across the planet :3

Japanese people everywhere!

I've never read a MAL description of a show that makes me want to watch it. But Sai Kano... I've read the spoilers for it on tvtropes and I know it is darker than anything I've ever watched. And I've watched stuff that literally made me want to kill myself. If you want to watch a SERIOUS show this is IT. I think I've forgotten just about enough of those spoilers to go actually watch it now...

Blah blah, cross-post.

You know you're an audiophile when you're watching a video about cameras and you think of audio when the "lows," "highs," or "dynamic range" are mentioned. XD

OK seriously, what?

Which goes to say that good photos require more than just good specs, there's skill involved.
