@Shigzeo

While you're here, do you think you could give me some tips for a beginner at photography? I recently got my friend's dslr and I'm pretty confused on how everything works.

That thing sounds awesome.

You tried the DX50? redface.gif

I tried the DX100 and wasn't too impressed by it considering it costs more than my basic STAX. It makes for a lame portable player too since it's larger than the transportable Objective 2, which is quite sad.

And that's why Kill La Kill will #saveanime. To be fair to standard fair trash anime though, every season I've had at least 2 shows that I like.

Rather the production studio of Kill La Kill, Trigger, will #saveanime

Their government funded anime short Little Witch Academia is getting alot of positive feedback from folks. I really enjoyed LWA. I can't wait for LWA2.

Okay, I phrased that poorly...
The specs sound nicer than the specs of the X3.
And it's only a few bucks more.
Besides that, iBassos "main sound signature" (I brainfarted here) tends to be more bright and neutral.
The X3 is supposed to sound fairly warm and I'm not really sure if that would pair so well with my warm sounding IEMs.

Seen all his films except for the one he released a couple of months ago... need to wait it to be released over here. I can see why his films arent for everyone, but they're beautifully illustrated.

Since you're in Japan have you seen the new ghibli kaze tachinu?
I did see it just last weekend. Story-wise, it is a return to 耳をすませば, which until コクリコ坂から was my many-times seen favourite. I also love Naushika, but not to the same degree. I think it shows that I like realistic stories first and other stuff second. Interestingly, if live-action, I prefer the opposite.

Super stylised anime turns me off. I don't know why.

Robots and tentacles....that is a pretty broad statement biggrin.gif

Even I (the person who watched the least anime in here) could give you a list with pretty nice anime that have nothing to do with tentacles, robots, people with gravity-defying hair and just super klischee-ish stuff in general smily_headphones1.gif
Yes, my tongue was in my cheek; I merely forgot to append the sarcasm mark to the sentence. You may have seen as much as me. Less or more, no problem. I admire certain anime very very much but find great swaths of it pretty much rehash after rehash. That is simply a problem of preference.

I'm not Japanese unfortunately. I just live here.
Hmm, we have a Japanese fellow living in America and a non-Japanese fellow living in Japan...
Put them together and

Alas, I'm not cut out for this thread.

My favourite pick up line: "Hey baby, a couple of tall timbers like us could start quite a forest fire."

With anime-costumed penises, it might be: "Hey baby, a couple of (tall/short/fat/skinny/tiny/large) animers like us could start quite the convention!"

What do you think?
Wouldn't that only be useful for guys trying to pick up other guys?

Pledged to LWA2 KS myself. It's that much I like them: to the point of spending money.

Aye that ketjap thing, I read it on that wiki page also as a Indonesian variety of soy sauce or something.
We usually don't use it in cooking either, more as dipping or condiment.

But either it's just my family or it's Taiwanese families in general, but we abuse katsuo bushi... those in the mini pellet form.

That would be hilariously awkward roflmao.
Then titans would arise, eating characters... woops, shouldn't elaborate further than that.

Stop saying this and that are like Miyazaki movies =_=
That movie has no likeness to Miyazaki movies...

You are right smily_headphones1.gif i keep using that term even though they arent similar

Ah okay. Th DX100 sounded pretty warm and full-bodied compared to my Clip Zip using the V-MODA M-100
