Yes or why not get a 3D printer to make normal IEM's and then put the driver config inside the casing halfway during the printing process so it's sealed up nicely forever?

I actually would be interested in trying that.  I've heard it's difficult slash expensive to get smooth curvatures, but surely you can make polyhedrons?

because then we will need a 3D scanner.

but yeah, I'll have access to a 3D printer in a few months and we may make some UIEMs with it.

Man.. I cant believe I started another project today :/

decided to make a coilgun.... got tempted when I saw some small NIB magnets that will do nicely as projectiles...

Looks like project-IA will be on-hold for a while...

Not sure if this counts, but I'm going to see the new Miyazaki Hayao movie tomorrow evening. And damn, this thread grows fast.

It sounds really really interesting. I'm a sucker for this kind of "philosophical" anime :3

I haven't seen it.
But:
- it was my friend's favourite anime and he liked the deeper ones himself
- it has the same director as Serial Experiments Lain, which was great.
- I'm basically hearing nothing but good things about it.

So while I can't recommend it myself from experience , I'd say go for it!

Anyone seen 'Wings of Honeamise'? I really want to pick that up later on. Did I mention that before? Figured as long as I'm here in Japan, I might as well geek up. It's just that anime has a pretty bad image here for among people my age. I'd have to be very careful about showing any interest in anything aside from Miyazaki's stuff.

Kitakubu just taught me I can get † by typing "daga-" (lit. dagger) biggrin.gif

WataMote is justice.

Jup, some people just like to throw their rationality out of the window when they see phrases like: "what would you like to have in your new *product*"?

I thought Fiio already stated what it will feature and what not?

And all these lazy slobs with their super huge files....

Next step would be demanding a SSD in your DAP biggrin.gif
They actually asked for a 500-1TB SSD -_-

$5,000 dap the size of a brick anyone?

Oh and I like how you wished me happy bday on both your FB accounts too. I'll get around to thanking you there tomorrow when I log onto Facebook...
Thanks again! Refer to above; I'm finally 18! Now I can legally watch H!
Ooh, that's a... Glorious song...
Huh, I don't really remember. That was when I skipped over all the posts I missed though
Aww... Well worry not since he's developing his own site to upload more games to!
Yes, my name is Tracy... rolleyes.gif
 and I turned 18.
Daww, thanks Bowei! :3
I wouldn't really consider myself a gamer, or a thread mascot, but thanks! biggrin.gif
Oh gosh, that was a fun ride indeed. Thanks for the rec again~

I'll get around to watching the second season... Eventually.
I wouldn't mind 120GB or so, but .5-1TB???? blink.gif

Aww, thanks panthers!
Ooh, dem earspeakers look quite smexy!
That would be a completely overpriced STAX tube amp...
Honestly, all the lambas use the same driver, so getting a basic SRM-252 amp and SR202 or SR207 would be a relatively cheap into to stats. wink.gif

I got mine for 24,900 yen plus... Some import fees... :X
Yay !!!

No doubt Tracy! wink.gif

I get what you mean. Anime already show us that their is a social taboo of it for older people. frown.gif

You should maybe check out Makoto Shinkai. He is called the next Miyazaki. His latest movie is quite nice to watch. His masterpieces however are his first and third movie.
Those being

Voices Of A Distant Star
5cm Per second

His movies deal with young romance and losing something. Moving on with your life and growing up.

Absolutely love her works. One of my favorite singers of all time. Even though I don't understand most of it.

Hopefully they'll accept my university student ID again this time.

@that other movie/series you asked: Nope... don't know it :S haven't watched much series/movies older than 2004 I think.
