I would be fugged beyond believe, if I will actually have to use all the math stuff I'm learning right now :)
That's the reason I won't do anything image processing wise later.

Sure! It's just that I suck super hard at it. Which is kind of a problem. It's still kind of reassureing to know that I always sucked at it and not since I attend university.

As a matter of fact I did not. It wasn't a good exam.

There where two questions both counting for 35% that were almost identical except for one minus pretty much. And on top of that after I finished the exam I realized I made a stupid mistake which messed up the entire exercise. ;_;
I accidentally took the transposed of the Hamiltonian system, which made all eigenvalues real instead of imaginary, which gives a totally different solution to the system. ლ(ಠ_ಠლ)

Ah well. I need an 8/10 to get a 9/10 for the subject, and a 7.2 in order to get a 8.5/10, so it'll still be an average grade.

It's too late to say, but I'll say it anyway: good luck on your exams!

That being said, ODEs are indeed one of the more fun math concepts I've encountered. Those and P[artial]DEs. Ah good 'ol thermodynamics. XD

Yeah, I like exams. But only if they're well made. And only for math, usually physics exams are no fun.
A good exam is challenging, tests a wide variety of knowledge and has diverse questions, all while still being realistically possible within the set time.

Well you could use statistical physics and quantum mechanics to derive all fundamental electric laws (like Ohm's law) by modeling the movement of electrons in a piece of wire. You'd definitely need probability and matrices for that.

Do it.
For the love of all that is holy, do it.

Best ending of an anime I ever watched.

I dropped it 1/3rd in. I thought it was a pretty good show, but I was simply never motivated to watch it, and as such I got behind quite a few episodes.

I'll wait a year or two, and then I'll watch it anew entirely.

It really is not that easy to watch, if you ask me. But still really really worth it.
The last 7 or 8 episodes are just breathtaking.

Then you'll probably like Aku no Hana too. Watch it.

And thus the math master comes~

It may be just be my fault for not studying enough or even understanding, but sometimes, it isn't realistically possible

OK, but seems like that's more on the academia side of jobs instead of normal salaryman side of jobs.

YOU SEE!!!!!!

Me too, Shinsekai Yori is the only anime that I have ever watched to pull out a perfect ending and the second one (after Bounen no Xamd) to make me tearing up.  One of the best anime (story wise) to be ever created.

I'm trying to find other Animes that I can watch while waiting for the next episode of Gargantia, Valvrave, DS2 and Maou-sama.

So far, I have watched Arve Rezzle: Kikaijikake no Yoseitachi which makes me wonder why they haven't bothered to make it a proper anime yet. It has a very, very interesting plot.

The other one is Shinrei Tantei Yakumo which I watched only one episode to find out that it's poorly directed so instant no, no.

And the last one, Hentai Ouji to Warawanai Neko which is very funny but not as well crafted as Maou-sama and not as clever, actually it's stupid. Also it's the only anime that I have ever seen to use the Hentai word like 100 times (approx. number) in a single episode.
