I like Infinite over 1 or 2. Mostly because I like Elizabeth.

Not needed. Infinite is only tenuously linked to the original games.

Haha. I think everyone likes Elizabeth. What's funny is that she isn't really socially awkward for someone being kept captive in a "birdcage" for all of her life.

I like Elizabeth the character and the story but I don't like the combat. I rarely ever used the vigors. I hate that you can't kept all the weapons you pick up. It became a CoD with primary and secondary weapon. That's what happened with Resistance 1 to Resistance 2 if you've ever played that on the PS3.

I played 95% of Infinite with the sniper and a shotgun. Only only swapped weapons in my 1999 mode run because of ammo shortages and me wanting the achievement for not using the vending machines in 1999 mode. Vigours were certainly of more use(although only ever used a few of them) in 1999.

Also, bought the first volume of Spice & Wolf manga. Haven't read it yet, got like 7 hours of car driving from visiting relatives tomorrow...

Meh. Not impressed. Interested in Blade Symphony right now though. Excited to see the final product.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

I ran my first run through with:

-Only machine gun
-Machine gun/sniper when I got the sniper
-Carbine/sniper when I got the carbine

Didn't use vigors at all. Pretty much once to try them out, then only for the required stuff like the powering of the gondola.

As for combat. I sorta liked the Elizabeth dynamic. A bit overpowered, but if I had to choose how an AI sidekick mechanism worked, I think this Infinite is one of my favorites.

Vigors I used:

Murder of Crows for distraction purposes.
Undertow for booting everyone off a police gondola.
Devils Kiss for crows zealots.

Occasionally possession if I had a bunch of leftover vigor and felt like messing around.

Didn't like the Carbine much. Felt underpowered, especially compared to the heavy pistols. I just don't like being out of cover for any longer than needed.

Yay, finally got to hear some planar speakers from a high-end system. Sounds pretty unspeaker like~

Same. I felt the Carbine wasn't strong. I mainly used the machine gun then switched to the sniper against stronger enemies like the patriot.

The main vigors I used was the electricity and the horse one.

Elizabeth combat mechanic was cool being able to materialize weapons/barricade/heathpacks and her tossing you vigors or ammos when you were low.

They aren't really linked. As long as you played 1, you will get Infinite.

I prefered the combat system and gameplay of Bioshock 2 to Bioshock 1.

Carbine (Totally a spoiler) (Click to show)

I felt the the carbine was stronger than the machine gun when I first picked it up and played around. Oh well. Worked nicely.

Watching Yahari Ore makes me notice that half of the houses in anime are virtualy using the same layout....................

Not to mention the crooked hang tooth they add into their female characters which is based on a real life practice of cuteness

Which imo isn't that cute.Only cute in anime

Are you talking about Yahari Ore?

I wouldn't call the show adorable

It is fun to watch.

The song for the OP of Yahare Ore is decent.
