Yep, My A.P Bio Class is actually two Uconn classes. $230 per class so it was that X3 for the two BiO's and the Euro class.

Enviro was not an ECE class so I took the A.P test.

The most I'll be able to transfer is 20 credits to VT rolleyes.gif

bulshiettttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt. If they have it there, they should have it in other states/unis. That's a hellovalot more compared to what you get here. Even with dual credits, it isn't that much. Here it's 1 year instead of 2. Even with the AP test, you can only get an X amount of hours and it depends on whether the college accepts it. Absolute bull.

Yeah, GPA is huge.

VT practived affirmative action, but considering I'm Asian. It likely worked against my favor.

Hm what? It's just top 10% being auto admitted and how here, even if you're not in the top 10%, you'd be in the top 10% if you went to a lesser school.

4 credits per class. 3 Class credit and 1 lab credit.

A.P Bio Class 1 =4 Credits

A.P Bio Class 2 =4 Credits

A.P Euro History =3-4 Credits

A.P US H =3-4 Credits

A.P Enviro =4 Credits

True. Someone entering undergrad now would expect to pay £9000 in fees, £90/week for 45 weeks in accommodation and if non in a catered hall probably an extra £2500 in food, if they eat frugally(more like £3000).

So between £15,550 ($23.6K) and £16,050 ($24.4K), still a bloody massive hike from the £3k tuition a couple years ago.

I was talking about some(not many) universities offering bursaries/grants to exceptionally high flying students. Tilpo iirc gets something because he's on a 90% average mark in his course, although ofc, that's in the Netherlands, but the premise is similar here, albeit typically at 80%, not 90%.

bulshiet. wtf. Maybe I should move there and do that. Damnit bowei. So you pretty much did bio 101 and an extended class. O man. I'm burning with rage. They should standardize this everywhere. But then college profs would lose jobs :p

I don't need a doctorate. Doctorates are for hardcore researchers and academia, neither of which I have much interest in. A masters in engineering will do me fiine.

College classes move like no tomorrow.

Which is why my BiO class is actually two uconn bio classes.

Undergrad matters when you don't need grad school. And depends on your major. That's the misconception here.

Did you take the standard AP course that's instructed by college board, or was it based off of UConn?

Actually, the undergrad doesn't really matter in some cases (but i was talking about how undergrad schools don't matter. was wat I meant to refer to).

You can major in art and become a doctor. Actually, you don't need a major. Score high on the MCAT and you're in.

But even so, it's what you do (action and moves) is most important. Major is very minor when compared to what you choose (moves made) to do.

It was dual. The curriculum was both A.P and ECE.

Major is kinda also relevant to your job dude.

@Borisu

I'm far into Kanon's route. No OMFG this is amazing moment

But analyzing it. It is quite deep/deeper.

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)

Kanon especially

The moemtn she started to crack, the game showed me what it could do.

Kanon lived with a false face. She focused only on skating because that was all she could do.

And in the end, this game tried to pull the cliche, just ditch the mother and feel righteous type of thing.

Where it plays on the users falsley made up and directed anger at a character without actually knowing anything and changes the game by then showing that in real life. We will typically never turn on our families/mom's.

Quite nice.

not omfg awesome, but nice and heartfelt. It's good right now. Nothing amazing yet.
