As I was watching Oregairu, I noticed that most TLs took up the title "My Teen Romantic Comedy SNAFU"...

What does that even mean?? It makes no sense to me.
According to wikipedia SNAFU = Situation Normal: All F***ed Up... (=_=)

I'd guess the MC isn't exactly very happy with his position, but I haven't seen/read it...

Evangelion Director Anno Hideaki to Voice the Protagonist in Latest Ghibli Film 'Kaze Tachinu'

It has been announced that Anno Hideaki, chief director of Evangelion TV and movie series, will voice the role of Horikoshi Jirou, the protagonist character, in "Kaze Tachinu", the latest Ghibli film. According to Ghibli, Anno was picked because he perfectly fits the image of Horikoshi Jiro, a person that actually existed and was the designer of the Zero fighter plane used in WWII, as he also has a dignified image and speaks fast and smoothly. At first Anno was hesitant but at the insistence of Miyazaki Hayao, who has had a long working relationship history with Anno and whom Anno looks up to as mentor, he accepted the offer. This is the first time Anno has taken up a seiyuu role since 2002 when he did a guest seiyuu role in the anime "Abenobashi Mahou Shoutengai".

It's even better if it's a male singing a super high pitched voice.

Not strange.

High pitched male singing has always been highly valued in music. Hence castrating little boys in the past.

Except this guy used key up. Impressive nonetheless.

Can't seem to agree with the song itself though.

Rather, with the song being sung entirely by a key upped male. In truth, it's quite creepy sounding.

When people say this, and things like "great minds think alike" to affirm someone's similar tastes/thoughts as you... all I can say is.

Seriously, have you no sense of shame? PFFT

Conceitedness.

P.S. There are decent songs from GUMI ("that girl") also.

There are some pretty good tracks with pretty much each Vocaloid.

So jelly you can find vocaloid music in stores over there~
That looked more like an Italian/German sausage than a rice roll the first time I saw it...

genuinely not trying to make a penis joke here either.
I probably shouldn't have walked nearly half of Odaiba.

It's made the same way a sausage just instead of putting meat inside you put sticky rice among others. Not sure why its so dark though, I usually see those in grey-ish color.
Haha, that sounds like a long way to walk, however big odaiba is...
Interesting, I'll have to try one once I go to Seattle...

It's nothing special yet, and the most recent battle sequence had some bad pacing. I'm expecting it to get much better though!
This, I didn't find Eva that good.
Maybe I didn't do critical analysis on it? Maybe I just don't enjoy abstract art.
I've done more than enough analysis in my literature classes, don't want that shizzel in my entertainment.
It's overrated IMO.

Hmm, well I'm expecting it to get better, but so far yeah, it isn't that good.
I sort of like analyzing stuff I watch like I was in English class, it can help you find deeper meanings and stuff.
That's one of the reasons I liked psycho pass so much.

Louisiana is in the south, so atom's previous comment about avoiding all of the south still holds wink.gif

My friend actually read whatever that book Makeshima was reading because of psyco-pass

While I like anime with depth, I hate it when I have to go looking for it myself, and even more so then it's up the the audience to decide what it means. (Eva ending)

To me it feels like the creator just stopped half way through and have the audience finish the story with their imagination.

I know many people like it but I like my ends tied up for me.

Gawd I still get chills from this song even though I haven't listened to it for 3 years. And yes this live version sounds different from the original studio recording boris; I actually prefer this live version.

Ooh black CIEM and Sennheiser wireless mic.

I think I've heard of eason chan before, caused quite a stir in the entertainment industry a few years back but I don't remember what exactly he did...

I never said live and studio recording are the same =_=

I think you're thinking of Edison Chen and the whole sex scandal with a some of HK's famous pop singers.

I am not a big fan of his songs.

Is it me or does most anime songs (the ones from the OST albums and such) have a better mastering than most English songs' mastering?
