I expected you to bring this up. But nope, Shinsekai Yori may have a dip in quality here and there but nothing as ridiculous as Psycho Pass 18.

Why the eff would they use MOSFETs that could only take ±20V between Gate and Source when you have a ±30V (or more) supply.

The amp self-destructed due to one bad connection; That's not DIY friendly at all.

The beta22 is one circuit design that ALL electronic engineers should use as a bad design example, we have:

• Minimal safety margin (Oh did I tell you that the BJTs could only take 50V?)
• Redundant structures
• Badly implemented components

and the list goes on...... What the hell was TI Kan thinking??

Do you happen to have the lab sheet with you still?

It's kinda hard to get it around my head without a diagram....

Oh btw, I got a new toy:

basically it creates a temperature difference between the 2 sides as you pass current through it...

I'm going to quote this again because I'm annoyed. 

To even suggest the quality drop in w/e Shinsekai Yori episode is comparable to the quality drop in Psycho Pass 18 suggests you are either:

1. Blind.
2. In love with Gen Urobuchi. 
3. Mentally challenged.
4. Cradling some petty grudge. 
5. Bowei.

:/ I don't think you could criticize him for creating pretty much the solid state amp. However,you're correct in those respects.

^that, just don't think you can say amb is stupid for making one of the greatest, if not the greatest SS amp there is. But w/e, I'd probably understand your rage on the bad circuitry if I also were into this stuff as much as you :p
:3 if it were remade, it'd probably do better.
