John Hopkins was also in my list but it's too far away from home.

Yeah, another reason I didn't apply to any big schools out of state. Too far away. UW is also one of the top colleges in computer science in the nation as well.

Yeah I have a few friends who took Japanese. My brother is taking 2nd year too.

I took intensive 1st year Mandarin (1st year content over 1 summer quarter).

And yes, Collegeboard is a good place to start. Google is good too of course.

I'm from Seattle, now living in Bellevue (area is safer).

Finally got the camera from my mom. Its dark already though so there's no lighting :l. Too lazy to take/edit more so here's just one for now I'll try to take more tomorrow.

Have you tried switching between the pleather and the velours? You will be surprised by the difference. And oh yeah, does the silver cable annoy you?

I have the velours on right now actually. I don't have an amp though so I'm holding off on making and judgements on anything SQ related. Oh god the stock cable. It's awful. It looks nice but I don't even understand how it tangles the way it does sometime. Its like a stupid snake from hell or something that got tied in a knot around itself. I don't know about sound quality of the cable either, as I've never tried anything else.

I tried a Bakoon amp and god did it make the HE-500 fly.

You crazy. I don't think I could bring myself to take these outside ever. I cover them with a plastic bag whenever they're not in use, and am going to (attempt) to create an acrylic dust cover. I think I may pick up a norse cable eventually, recabling is mostly for aesthetics and wire flexability for me. 

Meh, for now the o2 will do (613 mW @ 33 ohms?), what I haven't heard yet won't make me desire it :P. But I'll give it a run through my friends lyr/bifrost combo if he doesn't get an internship in chicago this summer and I see him. If not.. I'll see if I can go to a meet somewhere and give them a try on something more powerful than the o2. Though I'm still in the phase where I'm over protective and don't want anyone else touching them.. depends if I'm still as obsessive over them come summer during a meet. The gunmetal cups are just such a scratch magnet in my mind, I've started clipping and filing my nails like every 2-3 days or so since I've gotten them.
