Did EVERYONE get the 50 free tokens or something? I can't believe I missed out on that. (Or were they from before that?)

Well at least there's nyaa.

*stares at 50 seeders, 16kB DL speeds*

*Noooo*

Yup. :3 But it only lasted till the end of the month, even if you still had any left...

Space Bros. By comparison the Last Exile batch is just zooming along at 162kB.

It's not really a big surprise, just exemplifies my distaste towards public trackers.

Still, so much to get. Doors discography, Esbe, loads of big stuff. Can't believe I missed out on the whole month.

Went to a con yesterday. Had a lot of fun.

Today on the other hand was another one of those days where I studies almost all my waking hours, except for a short break here and there.
Tomorrow will be the same.

Fun!

I've finished all the modules!!!
Took me the whole of yesterday to do the programming for the stepped attenuator.
but still, it's not perfect. if you turn the volume knob really really carefully, you can deliberately get it to oscillate between 2 states.
Another problem is that it glitches a bit when switching a lot of bits (i.e. 011111 -> 100000 or 101111 -> 110000),
I've minimized this by doing all the (1 -> 0) switches 16ms before the (0 -> 1) ones
but you can still hear a slight discontinuity, otherwise, it is a very smooth volume control.

Good job, but the oscillations should be fixable by programming if you're good. I'd probably be able to puzzle something out, but I have no idea what language your writing in (Asembly, I guess), and I'd have to learn the syntax first. But if I might be able to model it in Mathematica and give the code to you if you're still struggling with it.

That glitch is something you'll have to live with probably. That, or while switching volume momentarily mute the output, but that is of course far from ideal as well. That will prevent a clicking sound, but it still won't sound good.

Like What.cd but with cooler, more obscure music. Selection isn't as wide though. Not a lot of the popular anisong/asian music stuff.

You probably only have limited invites anyway. So I'll take a pass so you cna give it a more meaningful panda.
