Probably just didn't load properly.

Mine is still normal.

 

 

And hope you didn't end up ordering extra cover plates yet, seeing as the engraving ideal went outta the window >.<

Though we can still buy these kinda things and stick our own designs. Just not as sexy as a high resolution engraving.
