You and your keyboard problems... I have an old Model M that worked for ~20 years and doesn't even look like it's gonna break anytime soon. I love it both for typing and gaming.

(except by night - it's probably the loudest keyboard that still is more or less known)

Also, since we're on an audiophile website and people here seem to like such "details":

It's on PS/2, so...

I read that before

 

But one thing I should make note of is.

 

We are rocking quad core beasts. They can handle the polling. USB was used in the end because CPU's got to the point of being able to handle it all.

n-key rollover. USB doesn't support it.
