Just for fun, and more like not knowing what I'm doing, this is a measurement. I just stuck my mics in my ear without any headphones on.

Oh and I calibrated my soundcard using mic in. Dunno if that's the right procedure or not.

My eyes work great in the dark... and when my eyes are adjusted, even a small dim light hurts. lol

Seriously. And I thought I was pretty anti-social in here LOL

 

That's what I think since with projectors, you are seeing "reflected" light *not sure what to say really) instead of lights pointing directly to your eyes. So I guess it lowers a bit

 

Jelly of you getting a flying licence of course...

 

Well, some don't though. That happens. Though not the latter part.

Not sure how many of you guys care but I will be receiving the E12 tonight. Ill put pics up.

It is launching in a few weeks. But with limited availability. Full availability will be in March.

Well laptops certainly don't mostly have the leisure of having an extra LINE IN port, but supposedly LINE IN is cleaner.

yeah, you could be right. I would have to look into it though.

It would make sense seeing as that's also the reason projectors have almost an infinite viewing angle.

 

you can too! lol It just takes a f***-ton of money >_<

(Mine is payed for by others-who-are-not-me, which is the only reason I'm able to do it. lol)

Maybe once I get my licence I'll fly over to everyone on this thread. lol (Prob not though. Gas is super-expensive >_<)

OH THIS. I've seen this before but never used one. Same for vinyl :<<br /> My dad was really into audio as well, but mainly in the form of CDs and cassettes. For audio, I think the most 'exotic' thing we own is the gigantic laser disc. And then there's that one size down, size right between LD and CD.

Do your waterfall/decay graphs make sense? I never see any significant ringing in mines and find it weird. Thus never posting them.

Lol yeah, there's a lot of hipsters in the states... All that old tech is fun to play around with. I actually found a laserdisc player at the thrift store over the summer... Don't know if it works yet though because I can't find a disc...

Well, it looks like all the OEM phones (for open, I can't think of anything but the HD650...) around $4-500 suck arse, and I'm not really feeling for a woody. I really wish that Harmon wouldn't have bought AKG and ____ed it over.
