Ugh, watching playthroughs of IB and Saya no Uta. Definitely not sleeping...soon. XD oh god so grotesque.

Okay chaps, my screen resolution changes every time my monitor is switched off, to something silly like 1024x768 until the monitor is turned on again. It annoys the hell out of me because all my windows get re-sized.

It's a long shot, but does anyone know what I'm talking about and how to fix it?.

maybe google monitor off resets resolution and see what else u can find

I've done some digging and some say it's related to using a DisplayPort cable and what not, as it has something to do with PlugnPlay.

But I'm just using a standard DVI-D cable, with no receiver shizzlewizzle.

Very odd as I didn't have the problem with my old card (4870x2), I'm using a 7970 now, perhaps it's something to do with the power saving idle mode stuff. I've poked around the AMD Control Center thingy but couldn't find anything of use.

I think I need to force the resolution somehow.

That's it. That's just it. Nobody does that for the kind of phone that I want. Nobody. Android does have the hardware prowess but they still doesn't do the kind of phone I want. And the app fans and game fans have plenty to choose from, and at the forefront of it all, there's iPhone. And I'm quite jealous of that.

What are the other animes that belong to the Monogatari series (If there are others)?

Nekomonogatari, Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari are related, that's all for now until Kizumonogatari is out.

The rest aren't related.
