My mistake, every sizable city around the Pacific. Hundreds of stores in China and Japan, a few sprinkled across the rest of Southeast Asia, Canada, US, Korea, Australia, etc. Nothing close to the authentic stuff though. The ones in Canal City are so amazing, as well as some of the low-profile stuff scattered across the country. A bowl of sapporo style = better than SR-007s IMO.
I had a lot of trouble finding good ramen places around Tokyo, probably because I had no idea what I was looking for.
This place in Akihabara was probably my favourite, we went there a few times, it was that good!
edit: yeah, I know that Ajisen place you're talking about, I've tried it once in Sydney. And yes, the noodles were complete garbage over here too.

I was wondering whether the animation would manage to capture the speed of the action sequences in the manga, but that blew me away.

Coming soon, some photos of the IHEAC (Indonesian High End Audio Club) 2012 Show.
I'm working on the photos right now.
Yes, that's a FAD Muramasa. All $8000 of it. It's a shame though that they forgot the cable in Singapore although I wore it on my head and it's freaking heavy. Try to make a fist and press it against your head. That's how it is with the Muramasa.

Yep it is. Other than drooling over the Muramasa, I tried the Fostex TH900, FitEar MH334 ToGo!, MrSpeaker's Mad Dogs, Audez'e LCD-2, LCD-3, Hifiman HE-500, Grado PS1000, Beyerdynamic T5p, Sony MDR-1R, Stax SR-009 and Stax SR-007 and met Mike from Headphonia in person.
