Deadbeef is a great player. Inclined to think thay it'll play well, supporting many formats. Then again, in a fit of my 1337 h4x0r chuunibyou, I was using Arch Linux. Damn I miss that. My 1.4 Ghz pentium M destroys my i5 laptop on Windows for my uses. And yes the player is called deadbeef.

God, my Arch rig was da bomb. Openbox, self-modded GTK2 theme on the Murrine engine and custom tint2 and Openbox theme on a JFS filesystem. And I didnt understand any of that - havent touched it since 14.

Edit: wanted to quote manveru's post on not finding a good Linux music player a couple of pages before. But my phpne isnt eorking too well

What's wrong with it?

All the memes surrounding it make for an entertaining watch. And if you look at it carefully it's actually a really good show. There are a lot of beautiful subtleties.

Just struggled for hours with VAC and VSTHost then found this:

2000


There's a "stereo mix" device that copies all audio output to an input all along!  What do I need Virtual Audio Cable for???  (ノಠ益ಠ)ノ彡┻━┻

(well this wouldn't have done me much good before I got the E17, but now...)

I can finally enjoy stutter free audio with full VST audio processing!
