In case you don't know what it is:
Sinterklaas (Saint Nicholas) is an old gift-giving guy with a long white beard in a red robe. Sound awful lot like Santa Claus? That's because Americans literally just anglicized the word Sinterklaas.
In the Netherlands (as well as Belgium and a small part of Germany) around Sinterklaas evening (5th of December) we traditionally draw lots and give a gift to the person we draw. The gift should be something original, and typically includes a funny poem in AABB rhyme.
Of course the whole thing also includes traditional confectionery and zwarte pieten (people painted black in weird clothing) that attack random people with said confectioneries.

My personal favorite is Variety. Independent of whether you like Adult or not, you should try that one too, since it's very different. Variety is very jazzy, and not as poppy as Adult, but I imagine of all the albums you would like Adult best.
Also get Shouso Strip from Shiina Ringo herself. I'd be surprised if you don't like it.
I've never used anything other than BB. I don't mind it.
Although it's a PITA to use colors with BB.
