Alright, I'll fix that.

If I'm not done with the case by Thanksgiving break (Wednesday)  I'll import them into solidworks 2012 and finish it at home over that weekend.........

Also, if I'm unsure of how to do something Borisu, could you help me out via teamviewer or something similar to that?

I've never used teamviewer before (only Apple Remote Desktop because I'm a mac user....)
and I'm not that good at SW either, but I could try.

Hmm, Looks like the RCA will fit, not totally sure about the 6.3mm connector but I can say pretty confidently that the power connector will not.

We need to make that part of the panel thinner.

I've tried 2.5mm will fit.

Yeah, I believe you said that the panels are 6mm thick, correct?

So are you going to have the seller of the cases drill out part of the area surrounding those components?

Yeah, with a CNC.

Make the part around the Power connector 2.5mm and 3mm around the Headphone socket.

We'd need to do something like that for the volume knob too.

Example:

I keep forgetting but... is the case black? if it is, then that knob looks okay to me. I prefer a hard edge cylinder but I think rounded was the consensus and I have no problems with that either lol.

@Mech:
Looks good, just the mentions that boris gave you.
And yes please raise the headphone jack! I'd say the centre should be on the same level as the rest of the stuff, or offset by a few mm max.
