How do you have the model of the O2 already? Did you just input Borisu's model (the green thing) and layered it on or is it a stock model you are using right now?

 

That case is huge for what we need.

 

In a sense, we could say yes to motherboard if he was referring to the P-H control board,

 

 

To Watch anime in order:

True Tears/Nichijou  double up

K-On / Chihayafuru   double up

 

 

Is how I'm going to attempt the next month. Keep in mind that this list also includes all my weekly attention grabbers and unfinished past season anime so it may take a bit to work through. I will try two episodes from the list each night if not more to make up for nights I miss. So I may do True Tears for two episodes Night one, and then Nichijou for two eps Night two if I remember and can stand a SoL comedy for that long. And then of course comes Shinsekai Yori, Psycho Pass(I typed Guilty Crown by accident as I typed Psycho Pass, could this be a sign?), Chuunibyou, Pet no Kanojo and a few others.

 


Ok let's change the schedule. I will give myself two months to finish the first two double up series.  I have school work and other stuff to do like goofing off on goofing off to do as well.

I'm REALLY busy with school work lately, I have my EE and G4 project due in next week.

for non-IB ppl:

EE = 4k words essay on subject of my choice

G4 project = "group" science project, where "group" = only me, because other members can't do much.

Borisu had a version of the O2 PCB already, I'm just putting the holes in the board in order to get the mounting areas.

Yes, that case will be freaking HUGE vertically, way more than we need. width and depth wise I think it will work out nicely.

No problem, thanks! I'll work on raising the pot tomorrow, it would be great if I could get a slightly better model of the O2/Dac!

You can import that to SW as a 3D model, though I'm not sure how I'd turn out and I can't try it because my lappy is too slow to handle it. (it just crashes.)

I find that how they did the series was fine but also flawed at the same time.

I was cringing for many episodes as I kept wondering why Menma didn't interact with the friends or the MC didn't even try to prove or tell them physically that menma was there like he did later. The series played this off by saying that both of them weren't smart enough but that is not the case. The MC had plenty of time to just say "hey, here she is picking up these bag of chips now floating in the air" or etc etc. Or like she did, write a note. They played it off like that with a whiff of the jacket. I can understand why though. They could have taken the series either way. They could do a more generic series where it was easy to tell that the MC would have revealed Menma to everyone, and thus we would have 5 or 6 episodes of fooling around and the friends talking about their feelings for Menma, what went wrong, what they were going through, their true feelingss and in depth characterization. This happens very often and then we end with a good ending. I liked how Ano Hana took it a second way though even if it was cringe worthy, it was original. Where they purposefully delayed the release of Menma. This could show us more and more about trust in each other and how the friends come together. How and what they will go through to believe or not believe, to fool themselves while hurting the others around them. The info we get from this one generally wouldn't be as much as the info we would get otherwise, but so few shows take it this way that I find it welcoming. 

So while the show took a different somewhat *facepalm* direction to its series outlay, it was done tastefully and I don't really mind and actually liked the whole journey. Now onwards to more Ano Hana

 
I didn't have any big problems with the show in the types of areas you're talking about, although I did knock off points in my mind for the visuals, personally.

I don't know if this is just because it's still a work in progress or not, but you know that the volume knob is supposed to be off to the right side and not in the center like that right?

Not as accurate as yours of course, just a very rough sketch of general layout. I believe this is what we had all originally agreed we were going for though.

I kinda forgot about the Volume being in the right side..... So I just placed it where I thought it looked best rolleyes.gif
But I'll move the volume control over and put the O2 next to the control board, with the volume being to the right of both.

I posted the Obj2 board.

 

I tried to vectorize the DAC board drawing and import it, but didn't work very well.
So i'll just have my manully measure the board and make a sketch when I get home.

If I can get the O2 to fit up front, should I place it there or leave it in the back?
It would look better IMO if we could out the RCA jacks and power closer to the bottom of the unit, which might not be possible with the O2 in the back...
But then again that might cause issues with the headphone connector...
