Fuuuuuuuuu. So don't try to put insulating sheets on your windows while theres condesation on the edges of the wood. Makes the double sided tape a pain to stick down. Wasted like over an hour yo. T_T.

Still, that is HK this is Canada, there may still be some differences. Though usually engineers are hired to do the thinking and someone else is paid to get their hands dirty. Engineer having to do the work of a technician is an outrage, apparently. Unless there really is nobody else to do it, which at that point you may still not be allowed since the technician has higher specialization than you in that field.

By Practical work I mean including design stuff using softwares biggrin.gif

Assembly work is boring..... I'd gladly leave it to the techs. (Espcially after I assembled 10 HDACs and O2's )

It shall now be named b1o-Project (read: bio-project) biggrin.gif

IMO, engineers are like your average office worker. Only better wages and benefits

LOL. I leave that to Haiby to decide

Is he typing from his phone?

We can only name the project as Project H if haibridd drops out. He's still against it xP
But ofc we rather him not to drop out of a project in his honour.

Huh, how does condensation lead you to having to melt plastic w/ a blow dryer?

Yep. With a mound full of liability. Make a big enough of a screw up in your design and you can be revoked of your license or even jailed or wtv. Even unintentional.
Unless you live in the USA, where it's known that you can just move to another state, change your legal name, and start working again. Fail! Ah well, at least it doesn't f*** a person's whole life over for a honest little miscalculation.

@Kalbee

I don't want to blame Bowei for those typos etc, so I'm blaming him for using his phone LOL

I'm just hoping that will never happen to me or I'll have to commit suicide....

I would've melted the plastic anyways to ensure a tight seal. Its just my tape wouldn't stick properly so I was being extra anal and making sure it sealed properly.
