Dunno. But if I get a scholarship via my uni, they will probably only pay for tuition. Dorm+food+other expenses will still have to be paid for my myself. I should still get money from the Dutch governement then, probably about €200/month. Save up couple thousand euros, and get a part time job (as e.g. tutor) in Japan and I can get all the money I need. I don't think it will be a huge problem.

What on earth is this sound effect?
It has to be a hiragana character (all sfx is in hiragana in this manga), but what on earth is it?

Ill take a look later....

With $100 you may as well get an O2... just sayin'

Just finished the first O2 and tested work.

Used jumpers in place of the gain switch and volume knob...

I know, for $100 I should have BUT I didn't need an Amp that big to be honest... I needed something smaller and that $100 price tag is for them 30+ hours of battery life! I'm still debating on if I want an O2 at all, yea it's a good amp but it's to big to be portable... looking at the Smaller c421's atm

I would assume it's the sound a Door makes when you SLAM it open... go SLAM a door open <3

Then it'd be one character only. It's either the sound of Yotsuba's footsteps, or the sound of the dude sleeping. Either way, all I want to know is what the characters are, not what the actual sfx is.

Looks kinda like で (de). So it would be  something like "dedede", which sounds more like footsteps...

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks.

I've confirmed that they are footsteps as well. (the sfx came up again)

Reading it in Japanese is cuter.

For example, (almost) all the stuff Yotsuba says is in hiragana. Even when using the same words as where kanji is used for adults.
Additionally, all her text is in larger font and bolded, while the adults' text is in unbolded small font, to indicate that she's always shouting.

Those kind of things get lost in translation, which is a very sad thing, because it's very cute.

Yeah, but that's what I said. So what's a headphone/earphone that's tuned for anime? Some anime has a song mostly jazz, some mostly classical, some pop or rock. That's what FitEar said. That's what some people are looking for. If anisong is as diverse as the whole genre of music, the most logical answer to all of it is something neutral and transparent that it doesn't add nor mask anything from the original source. Therefore neutral signature masterrace.

But then why would they market it for animu? Wouldn't it be better to just call it 'AWESOMELY GOOD SOUNDING' and sell it as general purpose hi-fi? Or are they trying to address a niche that would otherwise never buy CIEM's by using false marketing?

I guess GPU will be the last thing to choose then.

Because it isn't benchmarked. Nobody really cares for it.

I sort of never cared for NVIDIA because their higher end counterparts seem to outperform their NVIDIA competitors, at least the GHz Edition of the 7970 and the Boost Edition of the 7950 (it's just a revision with a higher base clock I think). Also because of the crippled memory bus which is one of the big reasons why AMD has a slight advantage in higher resolutions for games or benchmarks.

Eh, I stopped looking at TomsHardware after lying about their PSU test facility. They just threw in a photo of CoolerMaster's PSU test equipment and room. I usually go to JonnyGuru anyways.

Let me mail you some (lol).

You'd have to move nos and it has to be in the infinitive or gerand (words ending in -ing in English) or something else...

I checked it with my teacher though by sending her an e-mail. Said I had it right and the website likes to go around trolling you sometimes (she didn't say it like that, obviously).

If you want that you might want to try to get a waffles key but it seems they're a lot more difficult to get into. I could check torrent-invites, but the demand for waffles vs the supply makes it a pain in the ass.

Really? Going to keep an eye on them now.
